Refund Policy

Our Service Fees are 100% fully refundable until your order is verified and submitted to our dealer partner for vehicle reservation. Once a vehicle is reserved, the service fee is no longer fully refundable except under circumstances of errors on your order including, but not limited to: incorrect vehicle, options or colors from what was described or dealer unable to honor pricing terms as agreed. An order is considered verified and submitted upon Auto Ninjas receiving all preliminary requested documents, information and credit application needed to reserve your vehicle with our dealer partner. Inbound vehicles (excluding custom orders) may be fully refunded within 24 hours of vehicle reservation. Custom Orders are 100% non-refundable once submitted to the dealer, unless due to an error on the order. Lack of creditworthiness is not considered grounds for a full refund unless it is disclosed and agreed upon prior to order submission.
