The Auto Ninjas Service Fee is 100% fully refundable in accordance with our Cancellation Policy; please review the cancellation policy for details on cancellation fees and when an order may be cancelled and refunded. In the event of any errors or mistakes such as, but not limited to, incorrect vehicle color, incorrect packaging, unavailable vehicle, or incorrect pricing, you are eligible to cancel your order and receive a full refund so long as Auto Ninjas and their partner dealership are given a fair and reasonable opportunity to correct any mistakes. Custom Factory Orders are 100% non-refundable once the order is submitted, unless due to an error on the order. Lack of creditworthiness does not constitute a refund, unless previous credit concerns are disclosed prior to order submission, and accepted by Auto Ninjas to be refundable in the event of non-approval; approvals with lower tiers due to creditworthiness are not eligible for a full refund. In any event that you proceed with a purchase from one of Auto Ninjas facilitating partner dealerships you forfeit your right to any refund under this policy.
